Level 4!!!

Wow!

I have been playing this game way too much! I made it to level 4!

Which game???

The wasting water game of course!

In all seriousness.... we're in trouble people. Now adam will have an excuse to not shower. I will have an excuse to not wash my car. But really we should do something about it.. leave a comment about what you are doing to help the situation.

Ohh and one final note to Dannii: I am not entirely sure your water is allowed to break under these level 4 restrictions so you have 5 hours to get stuff happening with the having the baby thing.

Have fun.

No more lectures!!!

Thats right I have reached the end people.

Some have doubted me over the years, said I wouldn't make it.... well I have.... atleast I hope....

I have exams still to go and I havent seen any marks for a couple of subjects so I have no idea where I am at.

Sorry I have been so slack with blogging but I just need to concentrate on this stuff a little longer. I will get back into it soon.... then stop altogether when I leave for NZ.

Lets keep the champagne in the fridge until I see my marks but lets make sure we are ready to party!

Have fun.

Riding, Planting and Drinking.

Ok ok... So I have been slack. The deal is that I have 2 weeks left of classes and a billion assignments to work on.

I have been planning Oktoberfest. It's gunna be the 22nd at about 2ish at comslie beach (not the boat ramp one at the hockey center, the one near raptis fish market). Not sure about other details at this stage. Probably BYO food, drinks and camping chair. For those without chairs there are a couple of benches near the BBQ's so you should be ok.

If you guys want to arrange ppl to bring certain things for a larger group of ppl go for it... I am not sure how to handle to food side of things at this stage. All I know is that Emma IS coming and she IS bringing her dip stuff (even if it is just for me). :P

As per adam's blog we went in the Brisbane to Gold Coast bike ride on the weekend. It was fun and easy since I was going at adz's pace rather than flat out. I think I am in reasonable shape for my New Zealand trip but only time will tell.

And finally, Andrea has started a veggie garden (only possible thanks to my help of course). Hopefully it will do well and produce lots of yummy stuffs. I will try to remember to get photos to show you. Nee also started a veggie garden but adam "doesn't have time" to blog about it or put photo's up.... it's ok Nee I will take photo's of yours too.

p.s. I will try to not be so slack but I really have to get this work done.. sorry Dannii!

the best three months EVER!

That's right folks. We made it this far!

Three months is a long time but I feel like I have known Andrea forever. She has made my life unreal. I am incredibly happy every day knowing that she loves me.

So all you long termers might be sitting there thinking "big deal, it's only been three months" well meh to you. To me this is incredible. Normally by this stage my relationships are over. I see no signs of this relationship ending ever... and I hope I am right.

Either Andrea is really slow at coming up with a reason to dump me or she is actually silly enough to like me enough to put up with me long term.

Anyway before I get too emotional again I would like to give a massive shout out to the most amazing woman in the world who has changed my life and made it sooo much better (and it was already pretty damn sweet). I would also like to thank Nee once again for convincing Andrea that she should give me a shot. :P

Andrea I LOVE YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!

Have fun.

Oktoberfest

Alright time for some socialising.

To hell with all this study and assignments and stuff I NEED BEER!

So David in his winsdom decided that we should have Oktoberfest and that I should organise it. Fair enough.

So when? 21st or 28th of October (let me know what suites you guys). Lunch time/arvo

where? Colmslie beach (near gateway bridge. map coming later. ps. its a park not a beach)

why? cause we can

who? EVERYONE!!

what? not sure what to do here. I am guessing the easy option is to say that everyone just brings their own stuff. If you want to get organised with a couple of mates and make someone responsible for meat and someone for salad then go for it. Make sure you bring atleast something german (be it food, beer, phrase book or fancy dress, google will help).

So yeah, let me know who is keen for it and drag your mates along. If someone could bring a ball of somesort so the fellas of the group can let off some energy that would be great. Also if someone has a decent battery powered music thingy that would be good too. If you can track down some german music that would make my day.

Time to get excited and ready for a big party in the park.

Any other suggestions?

Have fun.

the most amazing friends in the world

I feel like mentioning how great ALL my mates are. You are all fantastic and I wouldnt be who I am without you. Even those of you who dont read my blog make my life worth living.

The thing I love the most about my mates is that they are happy to be themselves around me. I love it when people relax and let you into their lives.

I have some of the most amazing friendships ever. I have mates who I can talk to about anything (you know who you are). I have mates that help me forget about my troubles and mates that give me big hugs when I need them.

Most importantly of all I have mates that trust me and are honest with me. I like knowing that I am someone that people can turn to when they need someone to talk to. And I know I can talk to them when I need to.

You guys inspire me. Keep up the great work.

Have fun.

Emily

Well since Andrea has already killed the suspense I figured I may aswell explain what is going on.

Adam guessed right. Emily is the new name for my truck.

It has never had a name becuase I couldnt think of one. Andrea decided I needed to name it and the first thing that came to her head was Emily.

When I get home tonight I might finally put some pictures up for y'all to look at. Life continues to be busy and my nose continues to run.

Have fun.

sniffles, rain and marco polo

Well now that I have a few assignments done I can afford 5 minutes to write a blog entry and let you all catch up.

I have spent the last week battling a runny noise that has been driving me insane. Despite this Andrea and I still went camping up at Kenilworth.

The original plan was to spend 4 days up there but it rained the first night and Andrea didnt get any sleep. Faced with having to put up with Andrea having no sleep for three nights and whinging about it constantly I figured the safest thing to do was to go to the unit at Noosa instead.

Of course we didnt just drive to the unit. Instead we packed up and decided to take the long way there through a bit of mud, some big puddles and a coupld of creeks. Andrea and Emily both had a great time.

I will post some photos on my flickr album when I get around to it.

As we drove to Noosa I had great fun pointing out to Andrea just how beautiful the weather was now that we had packed up. On our way back through the main drag of Kenilworth we stopped at the cheese factory, tried some cheese, bought some cheese and got a MASSIVE icecream that was super yummy.

We eventually got to the unit and sat down to relax when "MARCO"..... "POLO".... you all know the rest of this 4hour long story :P

As a result of this we decided to spend a lot of time at the beach and out walking along the river resulting in both of us getting lightly sunburnt.

As we left Noosa I made a few jokes about how much stuff we had for our 4 day adventure... this was made very obvious by a little kid who asked me as I took the 10th load to the car "are you moving out?" :P We seriously had enough food for a fortnight and the clothes to match.

All in all we had a great time despite all the little set backs and the continual runny nose that meant that I couldn't breath if I lay down too long.

More stories coming soon.

Have fun.

busy and slack

Sorry I haven't written in ages I have been away, sick and busy all at once.

I do have some stuff to write about that I will get to before the end of the week once these assignments settle down. The only reason I am writting this now is that I am at Andrea's place and she is having a shower so I have to kill 5 minutes.

The things I will write about:

My Holiday
Emily
Airport Stupidity
various other crap

Stay tuned.

Have fun.
