Abby and Gordon
Last but not least: Abby and Gordon.
Abby and Gordon are yet MORE friends of Nee and Adam (as if they didn't have enough already).
Abby and Gordon represent the more sensible side of the group. I don't think I have ever seen either of them even tipsy. They dont seem to stay out late. Sounds like they are ready for kids hey :P
How's this for a small world. Abby knows of Lara via distant education Japanese lessons on the phone. Gordon dated a girl that Adam and I have both dated (Adam dated her sister aswell, he used to get around almost as much as they did).
A word of advice, never gamble against Gordon. He has an uncanny ability to go "all in" just at the right moment and clean out the opposition.
Msg to Abby and Gordon: When are you guys having a BBQ for me (just joking, Emma and Andy are inviting me to dinner by the fireplace too... eventually). Its always good to see you guys and get to talk to some 'normal' (non-teaching, non-IT) people. Sorry that the 4x4 trip is on fathers day. We will arrange another one in the future but it will have to be after Dannii recovers, which means after I get back from NZ provided I don't sell the truck before hand.
Thus completeth the lesson about my inner circle of mates. Now I have to write real blogs. Thus the challenge begins.
